International Collaboration
The Tile Association of New Zealand (TANZ) and the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) are affiliated industry associations, working together to support shared objectives in education, training, technical guidance, and the promotion of best practice throughout the tiling industry.
As one of the world's largest and most respected tile industry associations, the NTCA provides valuable international knowledge and technical resources that help TANZ further strengthen the New Zealand tile industry.
The NTCA 2025/2026 Reference Manual is made available by TANZ as an international reference guide for tile installation. While it shares many similarities with the TANZ Best Practice Guide, the TANZ publication has been specifically developed for New Zealand construction practices and building requirements, and is proudly endorsed by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE).
